Slice SD is a sinister puzzle game for the iPod Touch and iPhone. The goal of the game is to clear layers of very sharp blades to push the open button. Push all the buttons in order and you win. While trying to open the puzzle you must not touch the sharp edges of the blades or you will get SLICED. When this happens, blood spills from your finger(s) onto the screen and the puzzle will reset. The blades only move in specific patterns that you must intuit by touch. Often you will have to use multiple fingers to hold blades open while you manipulate other blades with other fingers. This game is really about trying to figure out the hidden behaviors of the blades and moving the blades out of the way, carefully.
Its Twister meets pickup sticks meets Friday the 13th.

I mistakingly bought the HD version of the game thinking itll run on my 3GS but was disappointed when it didnt. It was sad I couldnt play the game for so long and Im sure the SD version had experienced dwindling PR traction due to being released much later than its tablet counterpart but Im quite happy it was released after all.
The game is superb and is the kind that makes you wish for more touch screen tailored games rather than the half-assed on-screen joystick ports. The graphics, the idea and execution are all brilliant. I do wish the game had more levels to play through for the $2 that it costs but the concept is unique and imaginative enough to make me feel bad about giving it fewer than 5 stars.
The only feedback I can give is my wish to see the "scream" sound effect go when a cut happens, to be replaced with a constantly varying blood splatter sound effect. The current sound effect is so out of place with the photo realistic world of the game that I think a dramatic cut and splatter sound would only further push Slices knife fear instilling power.
I got this game 4 free I like it but Im having a hard time through the levels where u need 2 use all fingers
It would be cool if the blood splatters were randomly generated. Such as you can in a way draw a line of blood the colour of red intensifying the more pressure and the longer your fingers stay on the screen.
This game is very addictive. I keep looking at my fingers to see if they are cut.
Downloaded this without expecting much, but its really tense and fun. Touch controls are perfect for this kind of game.
But this apps doesnt want want to be optimized for ipod touch 5G. Please correct.
Some bad moments
Current version does not work at all on my iPhone. The game does not even launch, whatever I try. Removing it, restarting the iPhone and re-installing will not solve the problem.

Good game but how do u beat level 21. Every time I touch the red button it doesnt work and the blades go back. FIX THIS!
